Workplace Diversity Skills

This module allows participants to increase their awarenes of diversity issues affecting the current and future workplace. Diversity, in its many forms, is discussed, while an emphasis is placed on the importance of planning diversity and building the communication necessary to succeed in a diverse workplace.

Benefits—This program provides an accelerated learning opportunity for those who seek to improve their knowledge of the issuess impacting a diverse workplace. Awareness and sensitivity to issues of diversity are raised and participants gain a deeper understanding of how they may need to adjust their own workplace practices to interact more effectively with others from different backgrounds.
