Understanding Others at Work

This module focuses on understanding employee roles within the work palce. Participants complete the Team Management Profile (TMP) to determine their preferences in the following areas: Once employees understand their own preferences and how these preferences may be perceived, they move on to the implications of working with others. This understanding of preferences relates to interacting with individuals as well as managing them.

Benefits—Understanding colleagues is essential for effective business. This modules helps identify their strengths and areas for growth, as well as to develop questions to ask in order to discover what they are missing in their own perspectives.
