This module focuses on conducting effective meetings. Using the three facilitation steps of "planning," "conducting," and "following-up," participants practice techniques for controlling discussions and keeping meetings on track. Additionally, participants develop action plans to use ina non-practice setting.Benefits—Using meetings effectively in business is essential for the success of an organization.
