Participants in this module employ the "I Speak Your Language" self-assessment tool to identify their individual style of communicatin in the workplace. The information derived from the assessment tool is analyzed and discussed so participants will: Benefits—Effective communication is a necessity in the business world. Participants learn to identify different styles of communication and then develop action plans to help bridge the gap between their preferred communication syle and that of others. This leads to a more producive and efficient work force.
