Communication Skills for Managers

Participants in this module employ the "I Speak Your Language" self-assessment tool to identify their individual style of communicatin in the workplace. The information derived from the assessment tool is analyzed and discussed so participants will:

• Understand their own preferred style of communication
• Idwntify and adapt to other syles of communication
• Develop an action plan for using their new communication skills
