Effective Teamwork Training
This half-day module allows participants to learn about the stages of team development using interactive training methods. Developed around the Team Wheel and High Performing Team models, the module uses role-plays, case studies, and exercises that focus on building high performing teams through developing trust, commitment, accountability, and collective results.
