Description
Aspen Organization Development Consulting's Team Effectiveness Assessment is structured around our proprietary "Game Face™" model for team effectiveness. Stakeholder groups such as the team sponsor, team leader, team members, and, in some cases, customers are asked to evaluate the team's performance in eight critical areas. The Team Effectiveness Report then compares the evaluations of each stakeholder group and identifies the positive and negative gaps between groups. The following areas are assessed:
- Goals and deliverables that are clearly understood
- Accountabilities that are understood and acknowledged by key players
- Metrics and measurements by which the team's success is evaluated
- Enrollment of team members in the process
- Fired-upness or in other words the motivation for success within the team
- Awards and recognition given to team members for great work
- Communication of information within the team
- Engagement with the team's stakeholders to ensure that their needs are satisfied
