Since 2007, Ben Nash (Managing Partner) and Kevin Nash (President) have been serving customers throughout the U.S. and Europe, offering their expertise and services to companies both large and small. In 2011, they made the decision to focus their efforts on their Employee Assessment and Online Training and Development Services with the vision of helping leaders in any organization, regardless of size, make the BEST hiring and employee development decisions possible. What's in a Name…

The "Aspen" in Aspen Organization Development Consulting (Aspen OD) may be misleading. The company is not based in the famous ski town in Colorado. Aspen OD is based in Newtown, Connecticut, and gets its name from the Aspen Tree. Aspen Trees grow in colonies that are all connected through the same root system, which contributes to the survival and well-being of the entire group. Aspen OD views organizations in a similar way: companies are comprised of individuals who are connected by the common goal of helping the organization survive and grow for the benefit of all.

Our Management Team

Ben Nash – Managing Partner

Ben is the Managing Partner of Aspen Organization Development Consulting. He is responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm, but also provides e-commerce marketing consulting services to small and medium-sized business-to-consumer websites. His consulting practice has been focused on the niche food industry, and he specializes in email marketing, affiliate marketing, SEO, PPC, e-commerce user experience, social media, banner / partnership strategies, web analytics and competitive analysis.

Kevin Nash – President

Kevin is President of Aspen Organization Development Consulting and an Industrial / Organizational Psychologist. Outside of his duties as president, his primary role is as a management consultant specializing in organizational development, employee development, and human capital management. Kevin has held senior management positions with global corporations and has worked as a management consultant for clients in Europe, Africa, Asia, and the United States. His consulting practice includes the development of employee assessment reports, executive coaching, management training program design, and succession planning for large and medium sized companies.
