Kevin is an Industrial/Organizational psychologist and management consultant specializing in organizational development, employee development, and human capital management. Kevin has held senior management positions with global corporations in Marketing and Human Resources, and has worked as a management consultant for clients in Europe, Africa, and the USA. His consulting assignments have included coaching executives and management teams, designing and implementing management training and development programs, and designing succession planning and performance management processes for large and medium sized companies.

Magda is a psychologist and has provided consultation to Fortune 500 companies, start –ups, and not for profit organizations in the United States and abroad. Prior to entering consulting Magda was employed as a psychologist in the Human Resources Department of Old Mutual, a multi-billion-dollar international financial services company with 36,000 employees worldwide, where she specialized in developing and applying job-specific competency models and assessment tools for staff selection and development in various business units. Magda is an affiliate of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and The American Psychological Association.

Kristin Jiroudek is a learning management system (LMS) specialist with experience in regulated system environments. Having successfully put into service several corporate learning management systems, she has a unique insight into system requirements, vendor and system selection, process evaluation and LMS implementation projects. Kristin uses her expertise to help companies choose and install the best system for their needs and ensure it is utilized to its fullest capabilities. Additionally, Kristin has over 10 years of computer system validation experience to ensure system implementations meet FDA regulations and corporate policies. Kristin is a member of the national ASTD and the local Arizona ASTD chapters.
