 Kevin Nash, Ph.D.
Kevin is an Industrial/Organizational psychologist and management consultant specializing in organizational development, employee development, and human capital management. He is also an adjunct Professor of Management, teaching courses on conflict resolution and international business. Kevin has held senior management positions with global corporations in Marketing and Human Resources, and has worked as a management consultant for clients in Europe, Africa, and the USA. His consulting assignments have included coaching executives and management teams, designing and implementing management training and development programs, and designing succession planning and performance management processes for large and medium sized companies.

 Magda du Preez
Magda is a psychologist and has provided consultation to Fortune 500 companies, start –ups, and not for profit organizations in the United States and abroad. Prior to entering consulting Magda was employed as a psychologist in the Human Resources Department of Old Mutual, a multi-billion-dollar international financial services company with 36,000 employees worldwide, where she specialized in developing and applying job-specific competency models and assessment tools for staff selection and development in various business units. Magda is an affiliate of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and The American Psychological Association.
 Howard Fero, Ph.D.
Dr. Howard Fero is a leadership and organizational development specialist whose consulting, teaching and research focus on the development of leadership and motivation in individuals and groups. Dr. Fero holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Claremont Graduate University and an M.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Baruch College, the City University of New York. He has consulted for government and private organizations and is the Director of the Master of Arts in Leadership Program at Albertus Magnus College in New Haven, CT. Dr. Fero is involved in numerous professional organizations and is the president of the Institute of Behavioral and Applied Management (IBAM).
 Scott Brier, M.S.
Scott is a strategic communications consultant with extensive experience managing and implementing programs that help drive workplace change, organization restructuring and employee performance improvement. His work has helped a number of well-known companies communicate effectively during mergers and acquisitions, integrate systems and processes, and infuse their cultures with a quality focus.
 Micahel H. McGivern. Ph.D.
Michael is an organizational change management specialist with 25 years professional experience in managing and consulting on Organizational Development/Redesign, Operations Management and Human Resource issues. Michael’s main focus is to work with organizations to develop and implement strategies to measure the effectiveness of change and continuous processes by linking organizational capabilities with bottom-line business objectives. Michael held the position of Executive Consultant for a Worldwide-consulting firm and he has also held the positions in manufacturing organizations as Manager of Organizational Effectiveness, Manager of Manufacturing, Plant Manager, Superintendent, Manufacturing & Quality Engineer, and Supervisor & Human Resource Manager. Michael holds a Ph. D. in Organizational Development, a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
 R. Jon Stansfield, M.Ed.
Jon has many years experience as a Director of Human Resources with major corporations and as a management consultant specializing in personal and team effectiveness, effective meeting management, and meeting facilitation. Jon is a member of the International Association of Facilitators, American Society of Training and Development, and the Boston Facilitators Roundtable.
