Creating a new services catalog

Today i am creating a new services catalog for Aspen Organization Development. Last year, my first project as the marketing assistant for the company was to develop a catalog that would show prospective clients the strengths of our nascent consulting firm and provide them with insight on our "corporate culture". It's been a long year since I first developed the Aspen OD catalog and we have grown in leaps and bounds and to reflect this growth I am developing a new services catalog.

This past year has provided me with hundreds of learning opportunities on how to market our products in the best way possible - these lessons will hopefully come through in our new catalog, which aims to not only aims to provide potential clients with information on our services, but do so in a stylistically and atheistically pleasing way.

In the past I have simply just laid out the services in alphabetical order starting with "assessments for succession planning and leadership development" and ending with "workplace diversity skills training". However, as I soon learned, organization development issues are typically not linear affairs and do not require a linear services catalog. As such, the new Aspen Organization Development Services Catalog will be based on how companies view solutions to their organization development concerns: objectives, assessment of needs, creation and development of solutions, implementation, training, and development, support, and costs. This format will give prospective clients a better picture of how Aspen Organization Development Consulting can help with their individuals, teams, and organization reach peak performance.
